Franklin Mining, Inc. is an international mining and energy company headquartered in San Antonio, Texas with offices in La Paz and Santa Cruz, Bolivia and Buenos Aires, Argentina. The company’s wholly owned Bolivian subsidiary, Franklin Mining, Bolivia, S.A, in partnership with the Corporación Minera de Bolivia (COMIBOL), is developing mining projects in the Department of Potosi. In partnership with Yacimientos Petroliferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) and several Bolivian cities and departments, Franklin Oil & Gas, Bolivia, S.A. has a memorandum of understanding and agreements for the development and construction of gas-to-liquid facilities of various capacities. Franklin Oil & Gas, Argentina, S.A. has an agreement for construction of a gas-to-liquid plant serving the needs and requirements of the Province of Tierra del Fuego, Argentina
Take a look at their past numbers, they have potential to go to the dollar range. I think they are just taking longer to do things and people are getting impatient. I see the stock junmping early next year! Bottom line is it's a small investment that could pay off HUGE! I'm in!
This company has released 203 PR's, that's right 203 PR's, over the past few years and NOT ONE has come to fruition. Not one!! They have been lying to their investors from day one. In the mean time they have been printing more and more shares to pay for their "business trips". I think they are up to 7 BILLION!! Don't get fooled by this clown and his promises.

I'm bullish on his for the simple reason of value. Franklin is set up to really do well with that mind. They also have oil & gas to back them which is constantly increasing in value.
