You are invited to the Pharmacom Biovet thread here at wallst.net Seeing as Gary Berthold the CEO of Pharmacom Biovet is a member here. I would like to invite him to this thread to explain about the forming of his company and how it became public along with his plans for investors that bought stock before the 15 to 1 reverse split. It is quite common that a new president or entity will act as though they have no responsibility to shareholders prior to their takeover. But nothing could be further from what is the right thing to do. Investors that bought into ABVG because of the claims of several mining claims only to have the company shares diluted and handed over to Gary Berthold was nothing less than vindictive. I demanded answers from Dan Ryan of ABVG on behalf of myself and some other investors and was getting additional support from more investors. When it appeared that we were getting 10% shareholder support to legally force company to give us answers that is when the company shares were diluted and control handed over to Gary Berthold. Even though we hold a minority share in the company ,we should not be taken advantage of by the new CEO. Our shares were made virtually valueless while Gary and Sharon Berthold are lined up to sell a huge amount. And if Gary decides to sell shares to fund company ,we do not stand a chance of ever getting our money back. The Reverse Split of our shares were spiteful and I publically will continue to ask Gary how he is going to right this wrong http://my.wallst.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1503&sid=2f1245821c8dadfda5c61b563765b56c

Compassion Towards Companion Investors

I am a investor of ABVG and now a holder of PHMB. I would like to know how Gary feels about the 15 to 1 reverse split that investors suffered as he took over company. And how he plans to right this wrong. Gary does not suffer the same dilution as we do.
